Great customer service Had a problem with my brake lights on my 2011 Taurus. No appointment but they got to my car as quickly as they could. Even called me when they couldn't get to it the next day (they thought that maybe they might be able to squeeze it in between jobs). Had the car back the next day. Had a follow on problem with the brake lights (control switch broke) and I returned to get it fixed and they had it fixed in less than 1 hour. More
