The best thing is when a business or its people like Steve do what they say they will do versus jerking you around as a customer. I feel they go above and beyond in helping me understand what was wrong Steve do what they say they will do versus jerking you around as a customer. ( FYI I'm not a mechanical type guy ) Besides doing recalls and checking my other concerns my car was extremely clean inside and out.
