He called me at home each day to update on delivery and inspections in preparation for the vital work to be done for getting my car safely mobile again. It was much appreciated to receive Steve’s considerable expertise as he answered my questions, advised about the damage to be repaired, checked various dealers and followed ordering protocol, kept me informed at the highest level of customer communications. As I live far beyond easy walking distance, Steve arranged for his associate Wayne to safely pick me up from home and bring me to Hawk Ford upon completing the car repairs. Thank you, Steve!!
