Great tire price Stopped in to have new tires on my 2011 escape. They had me out in an hour and a half. Great price on the tires. Best laid plans? Once the name changed from Zimmerman to Hawk, the “speed-lube” line was reinstated. I thought of the better memories of previous visits while under th Once the name changed from Zimmerman to Hawk, the “speed-lube” line was reinstated. I thought of the better memories of previous visits while under the former owner. Unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned. Showed-up with expectations of being whisked-in for a quick oil-change. Both service areas were understaffed. To make matters worse, the speed-lube side had another tech taken away to cover shortage at other service center. Worked piled-up, so I opted to go back home and would return upon a phone call. Call never came. I called back at 3:30PM only to be told I could not be serviced that day. Was given option to call back/come over the next day for service. I did, and what I thought were best laid-out plans took 2 days for an oil change. Not customer friendly. More
