Failed to communicate a reason why we’re getting oil change soon message with 0% oil life when we still had at least 2500 miles before needing an oil change. They didn’t say they had checked the oil. When picking up the car at 6PM there was no paperwork or keys waiting at the cashier. Communication has always been poor when we bring cars in for service. Still waiting to hear about parts for the recall for Ford Escapes. More
I have no complaints about the service itself. The communication, however, was sorely lacking. I made the appointment online, nd then received email confirmation for Wednesday. The I received a voice mail asking that I call back, which I did. They simply wanted to confirm- again. After I dropped the car off, I received another text with a photo of my car on the rack. Then I received another text welcoming me to Hawk Ford. I was in a meeting until 5:15pm, and called immediately to inquire abut my car. Of course, service was closed, so I was transferred. The gentleman assured me that he would check on my car, and would call me back either way. That call never came. When I called on Thursday, I was told that the car had been ready since Wednesday, and that he was pretty sure he had left me a voice mail. He was very apologetic, but I never received that call. I'm hoping this doesn't happen again- but right now I have less confidence in the service department. More

Well, the service center was great about picking up my car from my work but incorrectly delivered it to my home and not back to me at my office. Service center said they would refund me my money but have car from my work but incorrectly delivered it to my home and not back to me at my office.
