After leaving your shop I left the state for a funeral, in Ohio the skid plate under the car was coming off the car .we had to zip tie the plate back up to keep driving. The service department was amazing! ! Went on a ride with a service technician to show them the concern I had with a noise coming from my Bronco. Then they took my vehicle in and diagnos ! The scheduling needs to be addressed. I had a 1:15 appointment and at 2:30 I had to talk the the person at the desk to find out when my vehicle would get into the bay. Just to be clear, I don’t believe that it was the man at the desk fault. However, waiting an additional hour and fifteen minutes before being serviced is unacceptable. More
