I was happy that the dealership was proactive, and followed up with me to get a recall done. Also that there was an option to have a mobile unit come out to my business and do the work in the parking followed up with me to get a recall done. I was promptly greeted promptly and checked in. Steve Staub the service manager, kept me advised of my trucks issues. As usual the truck did not act up while there but he had it checked out through Steve Staub the service manager, kept me advised of my trucks issues. As usual the truck did not act up while there but he had it checked out throughly and got my oil changed in a very timely manner. I can not say enough about him. My wife had a major issue with her Edge and Steve was such a help, assisting her also. Truly dedicated and caring service manager!! More
