Both the service Manager, Steve, and a Service Writer, Monique, have gone above and beyond what was expected to help remedy a couple issues. The two fought to help me get reimbursed for issues that should have been repaired prior to the purchase of the vehicle. Over all, their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me get me reimbursed for issues mentioned above is why they received a 5 star rating from me. More

New to owning a Ford F150 Lariat and since I purchased it in early 22 and i been coming to Hawk Ford in St Charles for service. Everyone there is Awesome to work with, however, Steve Scaub is the service gu in early 22 and i been coming to Hawk Ford in St Charles for service. Took my car in for a recall and oil change. After they finished, as I pulled out onto the street, the check engine light came on. I had to come back into the dealer and give it back to them. Af After they finished, as I pulled out onto the street, the check engine light came on. I had to come back into the dealer and give it back to them. After waiting another 45 minutes, they handed me the keys and said that they had to reprogram the PCM. I guess my time has no value as they didn’t even apologize for the failed repair or my additional wait. Not a service experience l could recommend. More
