Hawk Mazda

Very disappointed in the service at Hawk Mazda. Went in with noise coming from right front, also asked them to fix my advanced keyless entry. After servicing was complete, the noise was 3 times louder, an with noise coming from right front, also asked them to fix my advanced keyless entry. After servicing was complete, the noise was 3 times louder, and the keyless entry was never addressed. Had to take it back a second time. Finally left with a quiet car, BUT they put no effort into fixing my keyless entry…they changed the battery in my fob! The “key” illumination is still lit on my instrument panel. When asked earlier that day, Manny said it was fixed. Do they not know what it is? They deal with Mazdas every day. There is NO communication between the people greeter’s up front, and the guys in the shop. I left my concerns with the service manager Justin, but he has not responded to me. More

Danny was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. Salesman Mr. Vargas was generally very helpful, accomodating, and kind, but the experience still had some moments that felt patronizing. I realize that right now Vargas was generally very helpful, accomodating, and kind, but the experience still had some moments that felt patronizing. I realize that right now cars are hot and there is no room for negotiation, but throughout the process and especially towards the end of closing the purchase, I felt shamed for asking questions about the car, the car buying process, and the paperwork that I was signing. Some responses to questions I asked would have the tone of "that's a stupid question" which I did not appreciate. For the most part, the team was patient in guiding me through the car-buying process, but there were several moments where I felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking questions about car features. Overall the process was smooth and likely not out of the ordinary, but I would NOT recommend this dealership to a friend and would prefer to go to another Mazda dealership. More
