I recently had an oil change for my Chevrolet Equinox. When I was told the price, $120, I asked if they had raised the price, I was told yes, within the last couple of weeks. This was without a tire rotation. How can you charge this much for an oil change. I also had a $20 coupon from GM towards an oil change. I was told if I used the coupon it would actually cost me more for the oil change, which made no sense. I have no issue with the people in the service department, they are all very professional. You also charge a fee now for using a credit card, which you never did before. Does all of this have to do with the new ownership? I have leased at least six cars from your dealership over the years. I will have to rethink about coming back for service and my next vehicle.

Jamie was wonderful talked to the owner of the dealership about my costs of shipping and getting me reimbursed. Owner said no we won’t because they foxed the transmission. I couldn’t control the transmission. So just remember dealing with them this is what you get. Even from the owner. Don’t buy from them!!!
