I have an account in your parts department and I do my services on my Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon, and Hino Box Truck. I was extremely let down by Mike R and the technician who worked on my Cadillac. I expected quality and sound results but didn't get that. I will NOT be coming back. It's a shame that nobody has high standards of work ethics except for Jennifer in that department. I don't want any discounts or freebies from your company, all I wanted was quality work from experienced GM Certified technicians! More
