The whole process for making appointments & etc is very easy to do. All the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. The business itself is large, spacious, well lit, easy to do. All the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. The business itself is large, spacious, well lit, modern looking and well maintained so it's even a nice place to be even without all the great cars and trucks to look at. But most importantly Hawthorne Chevrolet staff are always upfront about any expected costs, prices, promotions, etc so I've never felt I had to make a decision here- whether it was for purchasing or maintenance related- without first being given all the financial information I needed to make a decision.
