Every one is very nice Was checked in and went home very quickly car in for routine full service Picked it up later that day all done including the 27 point check up Three days later my battery was completely dead needed new battery as it was 5.5 yrs old. 4 days after the battery the ac suddenly went warm???? Needed to be recharged with an ac full service The found all 4 tires were severely dry rotted and needed to be replaced ? How did I pass the 27 point inspection ( all checked as passing and attached to my invoice? ) More

My wife and purchased a certified 2017 Chevy Cruze hatchback from Mike Keane. Every aspect of our contact with him was completely above board and honest. We drove up from Maryland to get the car and we were concerned about having to endure high pressure sales tactics but there was absolutely none of that. In fact, it was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. He had all the certification paperwork in order, two key fobs, and all of the car’s manuals. A very nice guy! Then we met with Carrie Bickford the finance manager and that was also a totally straightforward, no pressure experience and on top of it she too was very nice. Finally, they promised to FedEx the title to me in one day and that’s exactly what they did. All in all a great experience! More
