Poor communication, they want to charge me 140+tax every time they look at something. I dropped my car off the night before and I called at 2 pm and they didn’t even look at it yet. They said they would loo time they look at something. I dropped my car off the night before and I called at 2 pm and they didn’t even look at it yet. They said they would look at it in the morning. Liars! I called and left messages for a recall on my vehicle and never even got a call back. Another time I called and left messages for a ding and scratch package that I have to make an appointment. Never received a call back. It’s obvious they try to avoid any service you bought with the vehicle unless they can charge you again. More
