Excellence My roof seam molding came loose and I brought the Trax in to be fixed. Service fixed it, but by the time I got home it had come loose again. Greg orde My roof seam molding came loose and I brought the Trax in to be fixed. Service fixed it, but by the time I got home it had come loose again. Greg ordered a clip, but before that came in the molding just flew off the car. Greg then ordered a new molding for me. He stayed on top of my problem and reached out to me personally. Finally it’s fixed and so far, so good. FYI....my Trax isn’t even a year old. This shouldn’t have happened on a new vehicle!!! More
