Good and bad Appointment was for 9AM, checked in at 8:45. About 20 minutes later I was informed they weren't sure if the problem was covered under the warranty and they weren't sure if they should address it or not as another vender had worked on the truck on an unrelated item. Referred me back to the other vender. On a positive note the service representative helped me understand the problem and tutored me in a possible solution after I dealt with the other vender. Very nice guy, took time to make sure I understood what my options were. More

Brought vehicle in for Shifter Issue I brought my 2017 GMC Acadia in because the shifter was defective. The dash would read “Shift into Park” . The part was not in so it took approximatel I brought my 2017 GMC Acadia in because the shifter was defective. The dash would read “Shift into Park” . The part was not in so it took approximately 3 weeks to get it in. Then when it was in I requested ALL my wipers be replaced (front and rear) After picking the vehicle up and driving home I noticed the rear was never replaced because the blade was still VISIBLY hanging off. I went right back to dealer and they even read on their work order to CHANGE ALL blades. When they went to go look for a rear blade they did not have it in stock and wanted me to return another day. Just overall poor service. More
