Upon driving the car, I discovered the screeching n On 08/20/19, I purchased a brand newChevrolet Suburban 2019 from you through Extreme Auto Leasing. Upon driving the car, I discovered the screeching noise (like a scratching metal) coming from right side in the back of the car. I’m very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find this situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that! The car was presented to me as a brand new car without any issues and I certainly do not expect my new car to be already fixed or with the broken pins inside panels before I even purchased it! An Excellent Visit My dashboard screen was no longer working. The radio, USB, bluetooth, internet and many other functions were silent. I made an appointment with Steve Kochan for the day and time I wanted. Work began on the car as soon as I brought it into the service department. A part had to be ordered and it arrived the next day. I was given a loner which was very convenient. Steve, a Service Consultant, was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and accommodating . All of my maintenance on my Camaro and Malibu has been done by this service department. I will continue to exclusively have my work done at this service center. I have complete confidence having Steve or Mike Rivera handling my appointments. More
