The girl told me each time that there was only one service consultant that handles trucks and was either with someone or away from his desk. After asking for the manager she connected me with the one person that can make a appointment. I brought the truck in the following Monday. Got lucky it was only the oil pressure sensor. Good people ,just need more than one person to handle pick-up trucks. More
