Sunroof I scheduled an appointment on Saturday to repair a leak in my sunroof. I specified the make and model of my car. When I arrived, the appointment had been made for a different vehicle (that I had serviced there 5 years ago) and I was told that parts were not in stock and I would need to schedule a water test for a weekday since they are not performed on Saturdays. It seems to me that could have been communicated over the phone before I had cleared the day to have my only vehicle serviced. What a waste. More
