Very questionable servicing but, not uncommon with dealerships. I had poor servicing with an affiliated (same owner) dealership at GM in Mahwah whereby, the mechanic stole / exchanged the underpart of the dashboard that had an additional charging unit and replaced it with another. More

Liftgate, Brake, and oil change Service I needed new brake rotors and an oil change. Was done complete and timely. Lift gate would not open. Switch was bad and on back order.
