Very questionable servicing but, not uncommon with dealerships. I had poor servicing with an affiliated (same owner) dealership at GM in Mahwah whereby, the mechanic stole / exchanged the underpart of the dashboard that had an additional charging unit and replaced it with another. More

He was very friendly from the get go and made me feel very comfortable leaving my truck with him. He took care of the problem I had so quickly. I was amazed how quickly he called me to let me know he was done. If that wasn’t enough, he called me again after following up and finding out about my warranty. Awesome! Liftgate, Brake, and oil change Service I needed new brake rotors and an oil change. Was done complete and timely. Lift gate would not open. Switch was bad and on back order. Steve was in co I needed new brake rotors and an oil change. Was done complete and timely. Lift gate would not open. Switch was bad and on back order. Steve was in constant communication and had the switch bypassed so I can continue using the lift gate until the switch is back in stock. More
