Service behavior I dropped my car off on Monday morning to check check engine light they told me your car needs some work on the transmission I left my car and he sai I dropped my car off on Monday morning to check check engine light they told me your car needs some work on the transmission I left my car and he said he can order the parts it will be here tomorrow or after tomorrow and I left that day I called the next day to ask if they receive the part they said would you get some of it not all and then I said how long they said they don’t know and then I said OK can I please have a loaner they said OK let me check with my service manager and I will get back to you he did not I called back the next day I said did you speak with your service manager he said oh yeah we didn’t have any loaners is it OK can I have a loaner please I have some errands that I have to run is it OK today maybe if we get one bag is it OK if you call me I called back the next day can I please have a loaner He said no nothing came back in the day after you get it on her back and said no we didn’t get a loaner back that was the issue till Friday that’s a whole week now More
