Will never buy a car from anywhere else I was a loyal customer of crane Chevrolet and remained loyal when it turned into Schumacher. Low pressure relaxed experience I was coming to the end of my lease with another car brand and was dreading the process of returning the car. I went to Hawthorne Chevy as they sent I was coming to the end of my lease with another car brand and was dreading the process of returning the car. I went to Hawthorne Chevy as they sent a flyer saying they could take my lease off my hands with the purchase of a new vehicle. I bought an LT 2019 Equinox which is the best driving experience I have ever had. The lease didn’t break the bank and the vehicle is loaded with tech like push button, Apple car play and remote start. I love the feel of the turbo engine. plenty of power and smooth ride. I love the nice blue color, good looking power seats with heat. I am impressed with Chevy’s customer incentive and will likely buy again from this dealer. Keith delivered on what I went there for. No surprises and no gimmicks or balloons haha. The back seat seems great for road trips for when we manage to gather our family of five together for family trips. It is a relief to know that at the end of this lease, I will have a stress free process ahead of me with incentives designed to keep their customers. Also love back up camera and lane alerts and radio system and well thought out cabin with attention to detail. More

Multiple times back for same prob One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. Have sent many referrals to sales and service. Lately the ball has been dropped. I am a cust who has purchased 6+ trucks in past 2 yrs. brought truck in during warranty period Do you have a bunch of stuff fixed. Pulled out and problems were not resolved. Called to make an appointment. But could not let truck go being it is a work truck. So took about two weeks to bring it back. Suggestion commercial loaners like all American does. Was slightly over 36,000 miles with prior history of problems and service department had to get my blood pressure boiling telling me I may be charged for this. For a customer that has spent over over 350k in the past 2 yrs. your gonna charge me 🤷🏻???🤷🏻???🤷🏻??? Learn your customers and go out of the way when you can. Michael Rivera. Robert DiSimone.
