Quick and easy I scheduled my car for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades thru the service link on the website. I was sent a confirmation email as well as a reminder the day before. When I arrived, the service center was obviously very busy, but I was checked in quickly. There's a good wifi signal in the waiting room as well as free coffee and comfortable chairs, so hanging around was no problem. I waited about an hour and 10 minutes for my car to be finished, which, considering how busy the place was, was not unreasonable to me. Steve my service rep, and the cashier (didn't get her name, sorry) were both polite and professional in their dealings with me- they explained everything to me about the service I received, what the costs would be, etc- so I was kept well informed as to what was going on the whole time I was there. So to review; it was easy to make my service appointment, the staff treated me professionally, and the wait was of reasonable length in a comfortable place. I'm very satisfied with this experience. This is not the typical dealership which spends needless time presenting you with choices you are not interested in for the sake of a potential larger sale.
