Efficient, fair, good customer service Repeat biz because of Bobby - he makes things easy and we will continue to go to Bobby if we are in the market for a Chevrolet. The only one negative experience was when I came into pick up the plates and Bobby was not there. There were a group of 5/6 sales people in speaking - I kindly asked if someone could help and the one person who responded could not have been more rude. I have a general idea who it was because I saw him walk into his office after the interaction but I am not entirely sure and will not mention any names. It was actually very disappointing and the complete opposite of what our experience has been with Bobby Madden. More

The best mistake I ever made I assumed Hawthorne Chevy was in New York. I don’t think I would have knowing crosses the bridge to look at a truck. Gary is the most honest salesperson on the planet. He was well informed and honest. He told me Hawthorne Chevrolet is family owned for 90 years and they are not out to hustle the comustomer. Everyone I dealt with treated me like a VIP. They gave me a great deal on a truck I love. I am a veteran and I spend my free time giving back to the community.
