We were looking for a Chevy trax and I had seen online Hawthorne had a few used ones available. We also know numerous friends and family who have bought vehicles at this dealership and knew their reputation was very good. Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted, directed to the appropriate sales person, shown vehicles we were interested in and went on a test drive of the one we liked. We crunched some numbers with our friendly and experienced sales person and put down a deposit on the car we wanted. A few days later we signed some paperwork with a super nice finance guy and we able to take the car home. Overall it was a painless experience and the employees made everything simple and as quick as possible. Definitely recommend this dealership. More
