Service is good but product quality is poor My three year old truck had the rear window defrost wire fixed three separate times. I was charged each time. The third time I was told that the wire could not be fixed and the entire window would be required to be replaced. The service center representative was great but paying to have the same wire fixed repeatedly only to be told I need to buy a new window on a 3 year old truck seems ridiculously for Chevy More
