Happy customer I needed a timing chain replacement for my Chevy Traverse. It was a huge job that no local mechanic would touch. Bad customer and work services The work I had asked Chevy to do was not completed as asked, yes they were able to get my work van restarted but left the rest of the work undone leav The work I had asked Chevy to do was not completed as asked, yes they were able to get my work van restarted but left the rest of the work undone leaving me to bring it for further service to another mechanic, they did not finish the check engine services I asked them to do...then the woman behind the desk was very unhelpful and moody Also when my wife went to pay by check which this woman behind the desk had told us was a form of payment that they excepted, we were declined because this Chevy dealership uses a none bank low business service check identification service which easily declines all checks that dont match their criteria which is absolutely ridiculous because my wife and I or excellence Financial customers and we found the whole ordeal to be very insulting, the dealership should have called with the bank directly to see if the check had the funds, which they were!...very poor service! More
