Overbooked and understaffed Dropped my car off at 8am for an oil change. Was the second car in. Asked what time I need my car back by. Said 11. Got it 1230. Finally spoke to the person and was just told they were overbooked. Service guy was set up for failure. Felt bad for him as I was clearly not the only customer upset. More
