I am very disappointed under the circumstances I had to purchase another Dodge. Felt like just another tally mark on the sales board. Not happy at all that my 2015 Charger had engine failure at 108,000 miles. Had all service performed by the dealer. Expected Hemis to last longer. I hope Dodge makes this right since I am taking a risk with another Charger. Long time Hayes customer and loved my previous car. Service has always been great, with the exception of this last time. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder SV. Everythings is excellent until after you sign the paperwork. Finance strings you along for months for a warranty and GAP refund. Every time I inquire about it, I am told that they processed it. I wait weeks before following up to give them time, nevertheless, every time it is the same untruth. I just recently started 4 businesses along with a Non Profit Organization. I really wanted to work with this dealership in the future to purchase more vehicles for staff, but my opinion has been soured due to the issues that have surfaced. More

Polite, courteous, and welcoming are just a few word that describes my service rep at Hayes. I have had an air conditioning issue for a while. It is my wife’s Wrangler so most of my information is secon that describes my service rep at Hayes. I have had an air conditioning issue for a while.
