I would drive over to pick up the documents but it's over 100 miles round trip for me. More

Service Department I brought my 2010 Jeep Compass in for services and worked with Brian. To begin with he was very helpful and nice and when he saw that it was going to I brought my 2010 Jeep Compass in for services and worked with Brian. To begin with he was very helpful and nice and when he saw that it was going to take longer than expected he called and got me a rental car and ate the cost which was great. We agreed that I would bring the rental back to enterprise at 9am which I did and enterprise would bring me back to Hayes which they did. When I showed up to the cashier she had no paperwork and I found out my car wasn't even half finished and I had 12 problems to be repaired and it would be 3 hours. In order to be able to arrive at 9am to pick it up I had to get another of my staff members to come in to cover for me until I could get back which meant I had to pay her overtime. So I had to get your person to drive me back to my office so I could work and pray that your service department finished before it was time for you to close because I didn't get off until 4pm. I would have appreciated if Brian or someone would have called me on Friday afternoon to tell me the car wasn't going to be ready on time so I could have made arrangements to keep the rental or something. Maybe Brian could have taken the time to call me about my car before speeding off on his vacation which he was so busy talking about. I am sure it would have only taken 2 minutes of his time and reduced my stress level tremendously. More

Jeep Cherokee I saw the Jeep Cherokee online and loved it! I went to the dealership and spoke with Erika who told me that the car was at another location and would I saw the Jeep Cherokee online and loved it! We ended up testing driving a different Cherokee to get a feel for the car and I loved it! The next morning Erika had gone to the other location and brought back the car for me to look at.
