My visit had some good and bad. I was there for grinding brake noise. I needed new brakes on all four wheels. The Service rep said it work take "a couple of hours". It actually took I was there for grinding brake noise. I needed new brakes on all four wheels. The Service rep said it work take "a couple of hours". It actually took about 4.5 hours. I was disappointed in the original guesstimate was so far off in duration. I was two hours late to get to my next activity. The brake work was done well and I have no problem there. The brakes work very nice now. I wish the time estimate was more accurate. More

I’ve taken my vehicle over and over to get the same issue looked at. That’s exactly what seems to be done. ONLY looked at because the issue continues to reoccur. It’s a new vehicle and the check engine light looked at. That’s exactly what seems to be done. ONLY looked at because the issue continues to reoccur. It’s a new vehicle and the check engine light has been resolved. Not to mention my vehicle was hit and damaged while on their property. Terrible service and vehicle problem has yet to be fixed.
