My 2023 Jeep Truck was stolen from me by Co signer James Jenkins. The Paperwork was changed on line by The Finance Account Manager Deigo to change James Jenkins from a Co signer to a Co Owner with James Jenkins. The Paperwork was changed on line by The Finance Account Manager Deigo to change James Jenkins from a Co signer to a Co Owner without my permission..I was the only signee on the Title Registration Paperwork. I borrowed money on my car for the Down-payment amt. of $2,000. I have a statement from Mr.Jenkins confessing that Deigo from the Hayes Dealership in Lawrenceville Ga. Changed the original online saved Documents with my Signature on it to reflect Mr.Jenkins as a Co- Owner. Mr.Jenkins then used the Forged documents to take my Vehicle from me which he has had in his possession since May 2026. He changed the key fob code. He had me arrested and barred from his residence all because he is a Con Artist. It is very rare for any Dealership to add a Vo owner to a Vehicle. It is usually as a Co signer . I was not aware that Deigo had changed / Forged my Paperwork at the Car Dealership on May 23rd. I only want to tell my story so no other Woman has to go thru what I am going thru. I have to pay a title max loan payment on my car so that a Man can ride around in my jeep truck all because of Deigo at the Hayes Dealership in Lawrenceville. My family of 5 and I have no Transportation to drive..To this Day no return calls, emails, or request for the original loan Documents from the Hayes Dealership in Lawrenceville. Nothing but silence. In fact I was told not to call anymore after I called the Dealership to speak with the Finance Manager. No one wants to tell Dusty Hayes what they have done. So he can make things right. More
