At every step of the way, she kept me completely informed of what to expect with approximate timelines. I appreciate the communication throughout the process. My car came through the process looking better than it did before the accident. Robin was very professional and dependable for prompt and accurate information. Friendly and helpful staff, but they were unable to correctly do the four wheel alignment on my Jeep, even after waiting 3 hours and then bringing it back and waiting another hour.
