I don't like doing bad reviews but feel this is warranted. Vehicle was sold as certified with 20K miles. Soon after purchase, I noticed a noise like rumble strips at highway speeds. Dealer threw a wheel hub at it but did not cure the problem. One wheel had 8oz. of wheel weights on it and was told it was within specs but I disagreed and said that tells me there is an issue with the tire(s). Dropped off for several days at another Hayes location for several days to evaluate. Called 3 days later and was told nothing was wrong with it. Did a ride along with the service manager the following day and was told the noise is "NORMAL". I still found it hard to believe. I ended up having 4 new Michelin's installed and wheel alignment done (which was also out of spec) at my expense. NOW, the vehicle drives and rides great. I do blame myself a little as I should have been a little more in tune during the test drive. I'm not sure I would buy again at this dealership. I feel their "Certified Inspections" lack integrity. During my recent visit to this dealer, I had a bad experience. I took my 2024 Ram 3500 for an electrical problem, but they didn’t fix it, and it ended up causing another issue. They took forever to ge experience. I took my 2024 Ram 3500 for an electrical problem, but they didn’t fix it, and it ended up causing another issue. They took forever to get back to me—about a week. When I returned the truck for the unfixed problem, they again delayed their response. Eventually, they told me the technician had collided with my truck and another car. I requested a rental truck while mine was being repaired. When they fixed the paint, it didn’t match the original color at all. Also, some of the advisors didn’t make me feel welcome. I don’t recommend this place at all. More

The person who checked me in and the cashier were both rude. I called and made a reservation and at that time I told them that I get 3 free oil change and the rep confirmed. When I came to drop my car off rude. I called and made a reservation and at that time I told them that I get 3 free oil change and the rep confirmed. When I came to drop my car off the guy was on the phone but still told me to come over to check in. I was trying to tell him that I have a reservation and he told me to still fill out some form. Which was no problem but that was the only conversation we had because he was on the phone. When I came to pick up my car the cashier told me the total and I told her that I had a free oil change. Well the rep turned around and said why didn’t you tell me that when you checked in. I explained to him that I made a reservation over the phone. He said how was I supposed to know that. I told him if you actually pulled up my reservation you should have seen it. I also told him that when I came to drop my car off you were on the phone so there was no way for me to really tell you. It’s frustrating that it was no sorry or I apologize for the mix up it was “my fault” instead. More
