I had looked at several and they sold within 12-18 hours of me looking at it, but Bob worked hard and found me one that was still in transit to the dealership, which meant that it was not on site and nobody else could buy it before I got there, and it turned out to be much prettier than I anticipated. Very quick financing process, I was out within about 2 hours. 12 hours after purchasing the vehicle the steering wheel controls quit working, I took it back 2 days later when I had a chance, and they are fixing it now. They put me into a rental car and everyone there has been very pleasant and accommodating. I am sure there are bound to be a few glitches in a vehicle with so much electronics, so I am not upset at all and very pleased that they are handling it so quickly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

That said, I had to endure many of the trite sales strategies and deceptions that are common to dealership sales.: among them, up-salesmanship, disingenuous pricing proposals, subtle pressure by the sales manager to make a snap decision. I wouldn't necessarily recommend against Hayes. With advance research and planning you at least have a chance of coming away with a fair deal on a nice vehicle. Just don't let your guard down. More

Buyer beware Sales person was great, my problem is the misleading advertising on there web sight. I was on there web sight looking at new cars and prices and a $50 Sales person was great, my problem is the misleading advertising on there web sight. I was on there web sight looking at new cars and prices and a $500.00 discount add kept coming up. And all you had to do was give them your email address and phone number. When I printed it off, it was too small to read. And I assumed that it was legitimate. I did purchase a new vehicle. When the transaction was almost complete I presented the coupon and found out it was not worth the paper it was written on. This was very misleading and a borderline scam. I did finish the transaction, but if I had it do all over again, I would make my purchase from a dealership that does not use misleading advertisement. I also had a couple of questions after the sale. Contacted the dealership several times and no one would return my phone calls. Car came with a 30 day temporary tag and was assured that I would receive my paperwork before the temporary tag expired. This did not happen either. I called the tag office and they informed me that that was the dealership responsibility and for me to contact them. I have tried and again I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls. So now I do have a new vehicle that I have to drive on an expired tag. So, NO, I would not recommend this dealership. More

The Right Timing After shopping around for 3 weeks with other dealers that couldn't seem to meet what I was looking, stopping in to Hayes was simply refreshing. It seems like the timing was right from the moment I stepped out of my car as Mr. Reyes approached me with a smile and hand extended. He asked me how he could help and knew exactly where to lead me when I explained what I was looking for. I think he pinpointed the car I wanted in under 5 minutes. At other dealers this process took close to an hour, just wandering their lots. After getting the keys and during the test drive, Mr. Reyes was very knowlegeable and explained many of the features I never heard from other dealers. I felt like he wanted to get the most out of my time with him to sell the vehicle. He was very upfront with me, listened to my needs, and worked through my requests to get what I feel was a great price on my new car. I did not feel overly pressured or intimidated as with other dealers, and rather enjoyed the process. Everyone I met was very nice and welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in who I was versus what I was going to buy. On the downside, while doing online research, I submitted my email address for the dealers to contact me. The result was several cookie cutter type emails that appeared to be more of an add than genuine communication about what I was interested in. This did not appeal to me and could be approved upon.
