The dealership was clean, and well lit. Most people were friendly, seemed to know about the cars they were selling. Dealt with Curtis Tisdale on my first visit only, he was a great sales associate, lots of knowledge, friendly and professional. Negative experience were that the car was not cleaned or washed before I test drove or drove it home, old dirty candy was left in the back, when I asked what was the warranty was I was told I could look it up myself, when I asked what did jeep wave cover was told it covered nothing but if I wanted to know more about it I could look it up on my own time, pricing and paperwork were explained in a very poor manner with some documents not mentioned. Not sure if I would return to this dealership. More

I called late one afternoon, first service for my Jeep, I was invited come over they could fit me in. I was met with courtesy and professionalism and my Jeep was serviced and I was home again within the hour was invited come over they could fit me in.
