It was the perfect trim, low milage, and perfect price. This was on a Saturday but we couldnt get to the dealership until the next day of business which was Monday. Unfortunately, the car sold late Saturday night. Bummed that our perfect find was gone, we starting looking at some alternates we had found. As we were out doing the dealership rounds, Scott gave us a call and said Hayes would find us another Suburban similar to the one we had wanted. When I got his call, I was actually sitting in front of another saleaman who was trying to close on a higher priced, older model...but Scott told me on the phone, we will find you the perfect car if you give me a day. So we left that deal and are so glad we went with Scott because true to his word, he found us the perfect car and gave us the best deal on top of it. Big thanks to Scott and the Hayes dealership.
