One morning after looking at what was available on Hayes Website, I had a phone call with Scott Webster about what I needed in a vehicle. I had very specific needs due to medical issues, which I call the bells. I also had things I didn't really need or want, the whistles. I told Scott what I'd be willing to pay as a monthly payment, my credit score and he went to work without ever meeting my husband and me. We went to breakfast on our way to the dealership. I texted Scott when we were on our way and by the time we arrived some 10 minutes later, Scott had a few cars to show us that definitely met my needs, the bells and had whistles I didn't even know would memorize me. Our plan was to visit Hayes and then go down the road to the next dealership, who incidentally did not return my call so they could be prepared for our visit. Scott was so prepared, we were immediately at ease. He is the kind of gentleman that under promises and over delivers which is truly uncommon when it comes to car sells. He actually put the fun in FUNdamentally understanding us as car buyers. We drove out, in our new purchase, feeling lucky we found Scott and he found just the right fit for us. We are exstatic with the car and experience. I actually got all the bells and some whistles I didn't know would make me so happy. I can honestly say Scott is the ultimate salesperson to deal with.
