Greatest experience ever!! JP was so helpful with getting me set up with a new car. Originally I'd been interested in a small SUV, but after coming in and talking to JP, he sugg JP was so helpful with getting me set up with a new car. Originally I'd been interested in a small SUV, but after coming in and talking to JP, he suggested a Nissan Sentra they had at the dealership. I absolutely fell in love with it. When I test drove it, JP even let me take it to my mom's job around the corner so that she could inspect it. After the whole process was said and done, he followed me in my new car to the Enterprise to return my rental so that I could start driving my car immediately. I truly appreciate how much he cared about not only wanting to get me in a great car but the car that was right for me as a college student. It was an amazing experience. Thank you so much! More

Overcharged, Lied to. Unapologetic! Came here from Florida to buy my wife a Jeep that was advertised well under what anyone here would sell it for. All information was done by email bef Came here from Florida to buy my wife a Jeep that was advertised well under what anyone here would sell it for. All information was done by email before the drive there including a ton of pictures of my wife's trade. Spent the better part of the day arguing over trade value which was easily clean KBB then managed to get what I was asking for it when the vehicle I was purchasing was switched to a different version (makes no sense to me). Then in the finance office, I was overcharged in sales tax, registration fees and charged a $200 fee for them to do this. NONE of this has been refunded as of this writing and this deal was in December of last year. On top of all of this I was forced to use their financing to get the deal I was promised and still hit with a $2000 (yes two-thousand) charge to get the finance rate I qualified for with Chrysler Capital. These people are crooks and if they can't stick it to you on the front end of the deal, they will certainly do it to you on the back end. Do your homework and make sure you get everything in writing if you must deal with these guys. More
