Good car buying experience. Had a good car buying experience at Hayes DCJR. Bennett Carpenter did what I feel was the best he could for me. He was a pleasure to work with, and Had a good car buying experience at Hayes DCJR. Bennett Carpenter did what I feel was the best he could for me. He was a pleasure to work with, and an asset to the Hayes company. If he didn't have the answer, he found the person that did. He even tracked down one of the service techs when I had questions about what I saw on the carfax report, so it could be explained to me. He really cared to get all my questions answered. If the finance manager had come down another $500, I'd have said it was an excellent experience. If I buy another DCJR, I'll most likely be a repeat customer. Courtney who i did paperwork with was great also. More

I contacted them one day prior and scheduled an appt to test drive online. JP contacted me quickly to confirm the time and vehicle we wanted to test drive. When we arrived the staff kindly greeted us, the vehicle was very clean and waiting for us at the front for a test drive. They worked with us on a cash deal and we drove home with a new-to-us Dodge Grand Caravan! We love it! Thanks JP, Don, Henry and Mr. Hayes! We will definitely send our friends and family your way!
