The behind the scenes financing, again, was smooth and was a nice quick process. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was warm and welcoming. Your treated like gold until you drive away I purchased a dodge ram brand new 3 miles on it. I began having issues in the front end 2 months after purchase. 3 times i took to the service center. I purchased a dodge ram brand new 3 miles on it. I began having issues in the front end 2 months after purchase. 3 times i took to the service center. I was told unless i could make the truck do what i had experienced they couldn't do anything. Mind you they just had a buy back and law suit that is the largest in history. After 3 times now taking it i began researching issues and found 3 recalls and the exact issue it was having is being called "the death wobble" ummm ok as a woman i was left to figure it out on my own. The truck pulled me off the road 2 times anytime a bump is hit the truck cant be controlled. I reached out to corporate who called the dealer and was told they thought i was just trying to get my regular oil change. Im not sure how that was established when i told them i feel like im going to end up dead driving this truck. On top of the truck being junk the back light was not sealed and water was pouring inside the truck. Any value the truck may have had no longer exists. Ive had only one person treat me with respect mr smitty. They even told me in the pouring rain to move my vehicle away from the front. Ive NEVER been to a dealership that doesn't come out with an umbrella take the keys and park the vehicle for the CONSUMER. Ive looked into my legal options because i owe 30 grand on a brand new truck and ill never get that during a trade. When you sell someone junk you should be responsible for that sale. Brand new and the truck is a lemon and not one person even cared to help besides smitty. I will never suggest anyone buy from them because if it breaks they dont care. 3 of my coworkers told me NOT to go to that dealer. Hopefully i have legal rights because this has been completely crazy. Ive owned 2 rams and never did i have a single issue getting help at those dealers. Thank god for smitty. Ask for him only the rest will leave you out in the rain LITERALLY! !!!!! More

We had our " sales person" walk out of the cubicle telling us she would not put up with the dog and pony show. We expect the person talking to us is authorized to make sales decisions and not have to leave us waiting for over 15 minutes every time we have a question. When our sales manager showed up he or no one from Hayes has explained why we were treated that way or offered an apology. We will be glad to meet with an authority head manager from Hayes or Chrysler to address the way we were treated. Jack Ball More
