Mr. Bibbee, we are disheartened and surprised to read your posting on DealerRater after all the positive comments you gave us in person while at the dealership about how not only Nikkol but everyone went out of their way to make you sure that you had transportation, food, truly above and beyond. This is the first we have heard of damage to your vehicle during the transportation arranged by Holman to their store and are sorry to hear about it. We followed proper process to secure the hood and spoke to the towing firm about it. You were correct when you wrote, “Not all Honda dealers are created equal. . .”. We will not say anything to discredit Holman, but we follow all of American Honda Motor Company’s processes whether it was trying to get that work covered under warranty using only Honda Genuine coolant, preparing for flatbed towing or working with another Honda store. We only wish your wife and you the best in your new life and adventures in Las Vegas.
