The sales person heard what we were looking for and showed us good options explaining why. He took his time and did not rush. He was very professional. We brought back our daughter to look at the cars and he took his time with her and helped work through things always indicating how we can work through it. We had been researching different makes and after meeting with him felt this was a good option and the right choice. The closing with the finance member of your team was again professional. Been through these before with the various options presented at the end and before this always felt overly pressured. He explained what made sense considering my daughter's need for a well maintained vehicle but her ability to make the payments. Came out of there feeling good about it and my daughter was pleased with the result. More

Sydney was very friendly and professional, and got me set up when I came in to the dealership on a Friday morning. I worked with Nick Natole, and Nick was awesome. Nick is laid back, friendly, and very professional. We took a test drive and he showed me all of the features of the vehicle. There are a lot of features on the Santa Fe Limited Ultimate, and I was amazed at how well he knew the vehicle. Nick provided me an offer (the dealership price was much better than the TruCar price), and we then worked through the offer until we had an agreement. Nick was great through the process of haggling, and I did not feel pressured to sign until I was ready. Trent Larson then guided me through the maze of financial paperwork, and Trent was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When I came the next day to pick up my new Santa Fe, it was detailed and ready to go. Nick went over the basics again, and then I drove off in my brand new Santa Fe Limited Ultimate. Nick followed up with me several days later to make sure that I was happy and to find out if I had any questions. I absolutely love my new Santa Fe Limited Ultimate!! What an incredible SUV!!
