Horrible experience This unprofessional and shady dealership is giving Hyundai a bad name. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Took 3 and a half hours This unprofessional and shady dealership is giving Hyundai a bad name. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Took 3 and a half hours (with an appointment and a promise of it being done within an hour and a half) they DID NOT rotate the tires nor did they top off my fluids. My husband had to put windshield washer fluid in that evening. Hyundai are great vehicles! Do not waste your time or money at this horrible place. Their vehicles are over priced, their sales people are liars and their service department is shady. More

They wanted me to be happy Jeff and Michael were amazing. I didn't feel pushed into anything, and when I changed my mind about which specific vehicle I wanted, they just smiled Jeff and Michael were amazing. I didn't feel pushed into anything, and when I changed my mind about which specific vehicle I wanted, they just smiled and said "no problem" and changed the information on the paperwork...with a real smile (not the fake one that is issued with may salesperson's name tags). They really seemed to care whether or not I was happy with my vehicle! More
