Cannon Honda of Ponca City, Oklahoma has fast friendly service. I have been taking my Honda Pilot to this facility for several years. I have never been disappointed. One occasion, I was able to borrow a rental vehicle to run a few errands in town while my car was being serviced. The conditions were agreeable and the paperwork was minimal. Other times when I have elected to wait in the facility, the staff has been friendly and hospitable. (There are magazines, TV, beverages, and general conversation when not busy.) All together a great experience. Although they had agreed to match #'s that included TTL from another dealership initially, at time of loan signing was told TTL would have to be financed additionally. Salesman also felt it shouldn't be a problem to get windows tinting included that manager said couldn't happen at time of signing. All this aside will still say great place to work with financing was fast and simple through honda finance all staff was extremely friendly and even detailed and filled tank before we left. They also include every other oil change for free up to 120 K miles on new hondas thats a great plus. Glad to be able to keep my business in my home town and look forward to great service in the future. Would and will highly recommend to friends and family in the future. More
