Couldn’t ask for a better dealership. Heiser treats their customers with courtesy. I explained that I had extenuating circumstances for bringing my vehicle in for an airbag recall on the date the service dep customers with courtesy. I explained that I had extenuating circumstances for bringing my vehicle in for an airbag recall on the date the service dept. wanted me to bring it in. A short while later I received a call from the service dept. saying that they would get me in on an earlier date. That’s customer service, people! More
