There was no evidence the employees at this dealership wanted to achieve a good rating on customer service for this visit - had to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change, then when the service advisor came wanted to achieve a good rating on customer service for this visit - had to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change, then when the service advisor came to tell me my car was ready he just “your car is ready” - nothing like “sorry for wait/ thank you for waiting” and no offer to update me on how my car was doing. At checkout, I wanted to use my Ford Credit card for payment and had to wait 10 mins to find somebody in the office that could process it, because the current staff nobody had the privileges to run it- I had to pay with a debit card because they couldn’t get the server to work for processing the ford credit card. Then, I had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring my car around - I ended up going back to the service department to just grab my own keys and overheard one employee ask the other - “which car do there keys belong to?” - I noticed it was MY keys and I said “Those belong to the Mustang that’s sitting right out the door here and it’s mine- I’ll take the keys from you since I’ve been waiting 5 minutes already just do leave here” - I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years to get oil changes- customer service has reall suffered the last few visits. I will be taking my car somewhere else for oil changes now. Too bad, since I see this place advertising on tv that the customer is values - I don’t get that vibe at all- the new team they got working there (services and checkout) really need to work better/communicate better. The service has gone down significantly. This used to be my preferred company for vehicle maintenance but their service advisors and technicians are just NOT the same anymore. They do NOT take pride in their work like they used to... The customer service is subpar and you will typically stand around without being acknowledged for quite some time. An oil change (that I always make an appointment for) has taken almost two hours on multiple occasions. They are not topping off my fluids every time, even though I pay for the works package. They have left TOOLS in the hood of my car before (which caused the sensor on my hood to stop working properly, and now my hood always says it’s ajar when its not. Then they wanted to CHARGE me to diagnose it. Even though it happened after my car was returned to me with a tool literally sitting in the position of the sensor after my hood was slammed shut. I drove like this and found the tool a few DAYS later because I had to fill my wiper fluid MYSELF because it somehow ran out a few days after they “topped everything off”... my car STILL has a broken sensor almost a year later because I wasn’t going to pay for diagnostics when it was THEIR mistake that caused this to happen. When I brought the tool in I didn’t even get an apology, they laughed, shrugged and thanked me for bringing it back). I haven’t been getting the vehicle inspection reports consistently when I take my car in for regular service. A family member has also had issues with them not rotating their tires, and it has gotten to the point that they have to mark their tires just to make sure it is done. I am just disappointed in the direction this team has gone. They used to be absolutely amazing (back in 2016/17 when Kayla was a service advisor still) the only reason I continue to come here is because it is the most convenient location for a Ford dealership near me.
