I spent $5000 to have my vehicle repaired. I had to bring it back as it wasn’t fixed right the first time. Plus when I picked it up, there was a used mask on the front seat and one would think after p bring it back as it wasn’t fixed right the first time. Plus when I picked it up, there was a used mask on the front seat and one would think after paying $5000 on a repair you could at least wash the vehicle. Additionally, the previous service manager lied to me and told me he had to order parts for a nonexistent problem. I would hard pressed to tell anyone to go to you. More
Took my van in for a recall. All was handled eventually but the service group and scheduler were not on the same page. The person scheduling the appointment said it could be done while I waited and when i but the service group and scheduler were not on the same page. I am a service customer that’s not very happy. I paid to have a problem diagnosed it’s been diagnosed incorrectly they promised to call me back to bring the car back for service they never called me.
