Griff Dixon, our salesperson, was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Once he learned what we wanted in a vehicle and what we were willing to pay for it, he immediately went to work to make it happen. We didn't have the usual back and forth several times to get to a satisfactory deal and it included what we thought was a fair price for our trade-in. When we returned to Heiser Ford to pick up our new vehicle, Griff met us at the door and within just a few minutes we were driving our new Ranger off the lot. He was a pleasure to work with as was Kristina Beck who walked us through the financial part of the transaction. Kristina thoroughly and patiently explained each paper we had to sign and made a usual tedious ordeal quite fun. It was obvious she is very knowledgeable about the process. Everyone we met at Heiser was very courteous and welcoming. All seem to be proud to be part of the family-owned business and projects it to its customers. We will definitely consider returning to Heiser again when in need of a vehicle. We are from the Madison, WI area and feel the great experience we had at Heiser was worth the 90-mile trip to Glendale. More

Making it right After having some routine maintenance performed on my car, including an oil change, I picked up my car and returned home, The next day I noticed a sma After having some routine maintenance performed on my car, including an oil change, I picked up my car and returned home, The next day I noticed a small amount of oil on my garage floor. I wiped it up And hoped that would be the end of it. The following day there were a few more drips. I contacted Heiser and they told me to bring it in and they’d check it out. Unfortunately my car was going into storage for winter and I wouldn’t have a chance. They said no problem, bring it back in spring, which I did. They checked it out, replaced the oil filter and cleaned the underside of the car at no charge. They also apologized for the inconvenience. Sooner or later we all run into a problem. What counts is how the problem is addressed. Heiser stood behind their work and made it right without making any excuses. They were very professional and great to work with. I’ll definitely go back to Heiser for my future service needs! More
It’s close to a month and I’m still not receiving any help or suggestions... I was offered a detail which I should have received when I purchased the car... I haven’t been offered any compensation for my trouble or loss of income being this is my company vehicle... I lost that comfortable feeling right after my fiancé signed the paperwork... once the contract was signed all hospitality went out the window and it was on to the next customer... due to this sale friendships, trust and security was lost... as a former employee it’s hard to believe this is the treatment I received even after leaving with no hard feelings... STRIKE 2!!!! The service department has even become rude when answering the phone... I guess they just as tired of me calling and coming in to the company just as much as I am...I was even referred to as a trouble maker, maybe it was a joke and if it was it was done in poor taste and at a bad time so yes I found it disrespectful and under poor judgement.... I’m sorry for going on so long but I’m at witts end and fed up. More
