Very poor service on so-called passed testing. A certified master mechanic, friend, looked over the truck and indicated items that needed to be fixed as they were marked as working and they were no A certified master mechanic, friend, looked over the truck and indicated items that needed to be fixed as they were marked as working and they were not. They had the truck and it didn't look like they did anything to correct the issues. We have now taken the truck to the business where our friend works and he is fixing it the way it should have been in the first place. Because of the poor service we will have to pay our warranty deductible to have fixed the items that Heiser should have taken care of for us. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Exemplary Service I brought my car in for service as a drop off to fit in when available. My brakes were unsafe and the check engine light was lit on the dash. Oil Change/tire rotation I took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. 2K later and two weeks later with very minimal communication on details on my car I finally got I took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. 2K later and two weeks later with very minimal communication on details on my car I finally got it back. The irritating part was the lack of communication, 3 to 4 days at a time with nothing, phone calls not returned made this experience unpleasant. The extra work probably needed to be done but communication piece was my problem. More
