At Heiser Ford Lincoln this Saturday we experienced none of these things. This was largely thanks to our sales professional Anthony Young. From the first handshake to our departure 3 test drives and a purchase 3 hours later, our experience was entirely positive. Anthony told us that he was there to listen and provide excellent service along with a solid selection of cars in our budget- then he proceeded to do just that. His genuine and transparent way of conducting business with a positive 'I go the extra mile attitude' made our car buying experience entirely positive. We were well-satisfied with our new (used) vehicle, the dealership, and of course, with Anthony. More

Through his diligence, he located an already built vehicle that identically matched the specifications of what I wanted and then worked to get that vehicle delivered to the Milwaukee aera. When everything was done service tech went over other things that were done for the courtesy check. Things were done in a timely manner, I always enjoy the free snacks and beverages in the waiting room area. Pretty much the whole staff from salesman, cashiers, etc... are always very friendly and are very personable. I'm on my second car from this dealership and have recommended them to family and friends who have purchased vehicles from Heiser Ford. They really do a fantastic job. A++ More

A very good car-buying experience I am very happy with my 2015 Ford Edge SEL. Thought about a 2018 Edge SE, but after financial considerations with my sales consultant David Vajgrt, a I am very happy with my 2015 Ford Edge SEL. Thought about a 2018 Edge SE, but after financial considerations with my sales consultant David Vajgrt, a certified pre-owned vehicle was a better choice for me. I'm glad I switched because I got the Edge I wanted with more of the SEL "bells and whistles" than with the SE model. Everyone at Heiser Ford was very patient and helpful to me. More
