Great Place to Have Your Car Serviced I've been having Heiser servicing my Subarus for 5 years or more. The service rep gave me his card & said to call him when making appointments so the I've been having Heiser servicing my Subarus for 5 years or more. The service rep gave me his card & said to call him when making appointments so the Subaru parts will be there in advance. The facility is clean & airy as is the waiting area. Service reps want to insure you have a great experience. Heiser has earned my business. More
Took 2 days for my car to even get looked at Appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday at 10am. I dropped it off and spoke to Matt who indicated the car would be done at 1pm. I stated I needed the right bearing replaced and he said they will look at it and charge me 64 bucks just to look at it even though I knew what was wrong. I called at 1pm and asked for Matt, which the receptionist mentioned he was on another call and can he call me back in 15 mins. He never called back. I called every hour until 8pm that Tuesday without any call back. I then let the receptionist know to have a manager call me. Someone called me at 730am on Weds and stated Matt gets in at 11 and will call me ASAP. Apparently noone looked at my car at all. He never called me back. I called at 3pm on Thursday stating I just want my car back and he then said, well we have your car being looked at now and it's getting fixed. He said the hub bearing was the problem, which I already knew. He said it would be ready at 5pm that day and he would call me back when it was ready. He never called back and I showed up the next day to pick up my car and paid almost 500 bucks for one right hub bearing. My wife purchased her car here and we've patronized this place for 5 years but the last few times have been brutal. today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Never going back again. More

Outstanding sales consultant Hutch is an outstanding sales consultant. He is fair and always timely. I don't really trust Heiser Just had an oil change and tire rotation. They left a valve cover off one of my tires, a little thing, I know, but it's the little things that make t Just had an oil change and tire rotation. They left a valve cover off one of my tires, a little thing, I know, but it's the little things that make the difference, there was also a small grease stain on my seat. I can find another valve cover and clean the seat easily enough, by WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO? They are always trying to sell me new tires. The last two times I was in, they told me I need new tires, even though my tires are less than a year old, less than 20,000 miles (45,000 tread wear warranty), and are perfectly fine?! More

I have never felt the service is about making money but rather making the customer happy. Between buying my car from Hutch and working with Matt in the service department, I will definitely buy another car at Heiser! I referred a co-worker who bought a car recently and they have been impressed with the customer service they have received. More
Terrible communication between customer and Service Team I dropped off my car at 7:15am for a oil change and a recall fix. It was going to be a half day job. I called at 3pm, to check the status, only to be told that they did not even start the job and it would be an additional 5 hours to complete. Also when I called, I was placed on hold for at least 15 minutes without and communication with the Service people. I then called on a different phone and was answered right away while I was still on hold on the other phone. Terrible Customer Service. Not very happy with Heiser. Hopefully the service performed is better than the Service Teams attention to the customer. More
