Keeping it simple! I have always had a great experience at Heiser Ford since I started going there about nine years ago with my first Ford. I leased an Escape 3 years ag I have always had a great experience at Heiser Ford since I started going there about nine years ago with my first Ford. I leased an Escape 3 years ago, and it was time to make a decision. David Vajgrt laid out all of my options and walked me through the implications of each option to help me sort of out the best choice for me, my life, my finances, and ultimately my car. We set up scheduled times to meet, which meant I was able to prepare and make the time I needed to go into the decision making process. Additionally, David was ready for me each time and always available to answer questions via email/phone. He knew my priorities and helped me make the best decision for me, and this time in my life. Kristina Beck (with a starting assist from Holly Thorn) was terrific to work with on settling all the financing. I appreciate her candid advise as she walked through my payment plan options. I feel like with this being the third Ford I've financed I now know more than I have ever. I've had my EcoSport for about a week now, and I love it. So thankful for the experience and the advice at Heiser. More
Recent Service at Heiser Ford Lincoln I set up basic maintenance on the Lincoln MKC. I delayed the service 10 days, due to their staff shortage in the service area. Lincoln has a program t I set up basic maintenance on the Lincoln MKC. I delayed the service 10 days, due to their staff shortage in the service area. Lincoln has a program that give me a loaner and takes my car back to dealership for service. However, they never showed up, at scheduled time, to switch cars. I called, but could not explain why they never showed. Set new date to switch cars. Cars were exchanged as scheduled. However, received no call regarding status and get my car back. Called to find out my car was not done and to call the next morning. Car was ready by I ended up making the exchange at the dealership. More

I worked with Jamen Jackson, Bob Gigl, Steve Bradley, and Kristina Beck and all were friendly and very helpful in making the process go smoothly. They were understanding of my concerns, respectful of my time, and most importantly we were able to quickly agree on a fair price. Kristina was very helpful in working up a good financing solution for my unique situation. We had done a fair amount of research so we knew what we were looking for in a used SUV. Pat our salesman was friendly, knowledgeable & we connected with him right away. He made sure everything was perfect when we went back to pick it up (He arranged for a bike hitch to be added.) Holly was also excellent in wrapping up the financial papers. Ford cars are no good I have benn having issue with my car starting .My car is only 4 years old therefore I should not be having issue . My Son and I both stated we will never buying another Ford. I get it it is winter and the service department is busy, but I need my car . They said they are willing to work with me, but they do not sound convencing to me. I am only ddisappoint in the service department everyone else is excellent. When I call the service department depending on who I talked to I get different answers More
