The Service desk staff were friendly and professional. The service I purchased was the Works. My fluids were not topped nor was my car washed. Within a week of my visit one of my tires blew out and I The service I purchased was the Works. My fluids were not topped nor was my car washed. Within a week of my visit one of my tires blew out and I was told my two separate service centers that my tires were bald- and I should not have been driving with those tires. This was not noted on the Heiser service evaluation of my car. This is not first issue I have had with Heiser Service but in the past my concerns were addressed prior to the survey but not this time. I have used this dealership due to it’s convenient location but I have lost confidence in the work being done. More

My issue was not resolved. It costed over 1600. After I picked my vehicle up. It still had the same issue which presented the same day!and they refused to fix it without chargi It costed over 1600. After I picked my vehicle up. It still had the same issue which presented the same day!and they refused to fix it without charging and additional 1100 dollars or offering to give part of my money back. I was never compensated all they said was sorry we didn't fix or catch the issue. I hope to hear from a manager after this survey. More
